It was founded in 2009 as Harvard Prep, a standardized test preparatory
institution, for college admissions, and was incorporated into the KMH Asia
Economic Newspaper Group's educational subsidiary in August 2014.
In October of the same year, it changed its name to Edu Asia,
hosted a Global Talent Development Presentation Competition in 2015
cooperated with Seoul city, and began the joint operation of
St. Paul American School, Beijing in 2016.

In 2017, a global university admission, and credit recognition program,
GAC, was exclusively contracted to serve as the only educational center in
Korea and found VSGIS in Gangnam, Seoul in 2020.
